Delivery and transport information

Our furniture is individually crafted and made to order. With this in mind, please allow 4-6 weeks from placing your order to delivery, dependent on the amount of furniture commissioned.

Once your pieces are ready to leave the factory, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time to deliver. It is important that you are available on the day to take receipt of your furniture. If our drivers are unable to deliver to the property, subsequent deliveries will incur a charge.

Transport to mainland Spain is free. Transport to the Balearics, Canary Islands and other European country will incur a charge. Please ensure that entrance ways and access points have been accurately measured prior to placing your order to ensure safe delivery of your furniture.

Returns and refund policy

We want our clients to get as much joy from living with our furniture as we get from making it. As you would only expect from Sandon, all our furniture is custom-made and unique to your specification. For this reason, our pieces carry a 100% charge, and are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Please check that correct measurements of doorways, steps and all other internal access points are taken prior to placing your order, to ensure that your furniture can be successfully delivered and installed in the room of your choice. Access to the property is the responsibility of the client, and items of furniture cannot be returned due to sizing.

Fabric care

Our exclusive range is available in 27 exquisite fabrics. All loose covered upholstery, including seat and back cushion covers, is removable and dry clean only.
