These blankets were made in collaboration with a spanish, family-owned company. First established in 1930, they are the only artisan manufacturer of mohair blankets and accessories that still exist in Spain.

why mohair?
Mohair is one of the most prized natural fibers - Produced from the long curly hair of angora goats it has a soft and shiny, silk-like feel.
Mohair is warm but still light weight and know to itch less than other types of wool. Other notable qualities include strength and durability.
